Contacted Walton security after issues with current alarm and cctv and an unprofessional experience with our current provider. Tim came out and after a quick assessment recommended full replacement due to age and deterioration. He found us the best options within our budget and gave us a discount on fitting due to existing wiring already being in place. Couldn’t fault his workmanship and professional finish and certainly, Walton Security ( Tim ) does what it says on the tin with added attention too customer requirements and satisfaction. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Walton security ( Tim ) for any alarm or cctv issues as found him honest, efficient and reliable. Tim has done a fantastic job installing and setting up CCTV.  He has always been professional in his communications.  He is very knowledgeable in his field and explained what he thought would suit our needs.  He was clean and efficient while working ensuring he left the property as he found it.  He answered all our questions with clear explanations.   The software and system is up and running.  Tim will also be carrying out an annual service/review. Absolutely first class service from Tim! I cannot recommend his company and work too highly. He was most punctual and his charges were most reasonable. As someone else has commented he was not at all pushy in trying to sell us a new system ( he serviced an old system for us and managed to work around it).He spent a lot of time explaining the system to us and how to operate it and importantly told us not to hesitate to contact him if we had any problems. Tim is an absolute star! He came out to give us a quote and for our ‘wish list’ and he was significantly cheaper than another firm who we had used previously at our old house and this was to supply much better quality cameras. He spent time explaining what we’d need from the cameras and where best to locate them. He was never pushy, just helped find the best options for our budget. When he came to do the job, he worked cleanly and without disruption to the house. He then helped us get the app installed on our phones and showed us how to use it - he’s a very patient man! I had a great experience with my alarm fitting, and I can’t recommend Tim highly enough. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain exactly how the system works, ensuring everything was set up perfectly before he left. I'm especially grateful that he configured the sensors so my puppy Tyson can still run around freely without setting the alarm off. It’s a huge relief to have the house secured by someone so knowledgeable and efficient,  thanks again Tim for the fantastic service. We recently had security systems installed by Walton Security, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The company is run by Tim Walton, who clearly has a wealth of experience in the field despite only recently setting up the business. After we experienced some anti-social behaviour and criminal damage, including a broken window, I reached out to Tim, and he responded immediately. He arranged a visit very quickly, and from that first meeting, everything moved efficiently and smoothly. His quote was provided promptly, and the installation of our HIK Vision HD CCTV system and Pyronix wireless video doorbell was carried out soon after. Tim handled the entire job himself, and his professionalism was evident throughout. He worked quickly but carefully, kept everything clean and tidy, and showed great respect for our property. He was also incredibly approachable and took the time to explain how everything worked in a clear and reassuring way. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We’d been considering improving our home security for a while, and in hindsight, I only wish we had done it sooner. Tim fitted security camera's for us today, Tim was very polite, professional and took so much time showing me how everything worked. I'm not so great with technology so he talked me through how to put app onto my phone and adding my husband's phone, had a slight problem so rang him and he once again talked me through everything ( He had the patience of a saint.) He installed security cameras at both the front and back of the house and took the time to clearly explain how the recording system works and how to use the setup.
